FAQ: How do I find my account name? (Choose which email browser you utilize: Outlook Express, or Outlook.
Find your account name in Outlook Express:
 From the main menu, choose Tools and then Accounts, and you will be given the screen pictured at right. Click once on the email account you wish to check, and then hit Properties.
 You will now have a dialog box which looks like the image at right. Click on the Servers tab at the top.
 Your account/user name will then be displayed in the field indicated by the red arrow. Make a note of it, and then click cancel.
 To exit, click Close.
Find your account name in Outlook (version shown is Office 2007):
 From the main menu, choose Tools and then Account Settings. Double-click on the account you wish to amend, and you will be given the screen pictured at right. You'll find your account name in the box illustrated by the red arrow. Make a note of it and then click cancel.
 To exit, click Close.
